I did a L&S in August for my January 2021 cruise to January 2022. I have not received a new invoice from my TA. She says it will take time. I see that the FCC which I have is still available to use, so it has not been applied to my new cruise. How long does this process take? I have had a lot of difficulty working with this TA. I want to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Sue - I did the L&S thing in August too for my November 2020 cruise to November 2021.  I just emailed my TA about the same thing.  It is showing that I'm on the new cruise for next year when I sign on to RCCL, but I don't want a big surprise next August when I have to pay for the thing.

I did a L&S for our March 2021 cruise.  Got the invoice from my TA about a week after.   The app shows the new date but the old ship but everything is correct when I log into my cruise planner.
