The railings on the balcony, instead of solid steel or glass, make me think it's the Prinsendam. 
Loved those balconies! So easy to see out, and no salt spray to mar the view.

When you take a trip through the Titanic museum in Belfast, you can find Holland American ships that were built there after the turn of the century.  I don't remember if Noordam was one of them.

Yes, Noordam I (1902-1927) was built at Harland & Wolff in Belfast, Northern Ireland and was a sister to Potsdam (1900-1915) and Ryndam I (1901-1929) although, of those two, Potsdam was built in Hamburg, Germany at Blohm & Voss. Ryndam I, like Noordam, was built in Belfast
