Anyone else having problems logging in the Princess web site. Seems to be running goofy since Saturday. I called the Folks a Princess and they seem to be clueless as to a problem. Tried to get a booking confirmation from them  with no results. I asked a Rep. to just send me a test email to make sure that their email to me is working. The Rep. advised me that she does not have the authority to send a "test" email. I will call again tomorrow.

I was having issues when I booked a trip last week, got thru placed my deposit, hit submit then the page said they were having techincal issues and redirected me to the home page. Logged in again and got the same error after multiple tries, finally go it to view my booking about 1 hour later. I've gotten the error a few more times since then but I give it a few minutes and try again and it works fine

I called our TA last Saturday and the Princess agent had trouble getting

one of the cabins to "unlock" so we could book it. It took almost an hour

and then it was "released". No one else had booked it and this was very

frustrating for our TA and the Princess agent. Princess had no "secret"

way to get it to work properly.

Had you looked at this cabin just before calling your TA?

 

If so, when you "picked" it on the Princess web site, it was temporarily reserved by your request so you could complete the booking online without someone snatching it from you.

 

If this is what happened, the cabin will be unavailable for booking for about an hour to allow your original online request to complete. Even though it is temporarily being "held" for you, this is not recognized by the system if your TA or a Princess agent wants to book it for you. Just have to wait until the hour times out.

I had not clicked on it or "picked" it. It was available

and clear when we began the process. It was very puzzling

and frustrating for Princess, my TA and myself.

 

I know better than to do that, however, I appreciate you bringing

this up because many are not aware of this.
