Yeah, it's long and dull and technical, but there's info in there that lays it all out. It's still going to be a while before we have any semblance of "normalcy" when it comes to cruising and that new normal isn't going to be like cruising was a year ago. Exactly. There was never a chance the CDC would fire a starting gun and go straight from full stop to unconditional, full capacity cruising. And also many ports of call, especially Europe and South America, have been pummeled by disease and economic setbacks. Even if we could leap off the ship and head off where we like, other countries and their citizens won’t be the way we remember for some time. As travellers, we all need to start back at our own comfort level. Some will want to be back at sea ASAP no matter what boxes need to be checked to get there. Some will want to save the money and effort until the world is back on its feet, even if it takes years. Most of us are somewhere in between. Link to post Share on other sites
