From what I’m reading, they are trying to change the date from a cancelled cruise to a new one. In that case, you have to manually change the date as I described above. Even though a cruise has been cancelled, the countdown will continue until you change it. It isn’t an automatic process. Even when you are putting in a brand new cruise, not a changed one, you have to enter the date.

I'm having a similar issue. We changed our cruise. The app didn't update with the new information, so I removed the cruise but when I try to add it back, now the App doesn't recognize the reservation number as valid...
