Back in August 2007, Chef Robert Irvine filmed an episode of Dinner Impossible on the Sapphire as we sailed Alaska. It was interesting having the film crew onboard and we loved the snacks we got at their sailaway party (we actually ended up on the show with our plates of goodies).

I watched that show regularly, and I remember when that episode started, I thought, that ship looks familiar -- and then being excited to realize I was watching a Princess ship! 

 

He did a Dinner Impossible at the university where I received my doctorate., making dinner from dorm food, I believe it was.  They filmed in the courtyard near the Writing Center where I worked as a tutor and we were out there watching them film.  Very interesting.
