Most recently (a change from way back in March 2020 and a few months following that) when cruises are cancelled you get an email which tells you when you can call into an MSC Agent to rebook with your FCC. For me, a February cruise was cancelled same time as January cruises were cancelled and February people were told we could not call until February 1, 2021. So I have been waiting for that date and as in the past the call I make will be interesting. If you go onto the MSC website and check the Updates there will be information telling you what cruises were cancelled when and then the time you can call in. I did try calling in "early" and was told I had to call back when the letter indicated.

I would love to know this as well as I am sure my 4/10/21 Meraviglia cruise will be cancelled any day now...

My 4/10/21 Meraviglia cruise will probably be cancelled also 😞  I will rebook for May 8.
