kittywife77 Posted January 19 #1 Share Posted January 19 Hi! Just wondering how long FCCs have taken to come through for other people? KW
deweytrader Posted January 19 #2 Share Posted January 19 I would love to know this as well as I am sure my 4/10/21 Meraviglia cruise will be cancelled any day now...
cellfree Posted January 19 #3 Share Posted January 19 Most recently (a change from way back in March 2020 and a few months following that) when cruises are cancelled you get an email which tells you when you can call into an MSC Agent to rebook with your FCC. For me, a February cruise was cancelled same time as January cruises were cancelled and February people were told we could not call until February 1, 2021. So I have been waiting for that date and as in the past the call I make will be interesting. If you go onto the MSC website and check the Updates there will be information telling you what cruises were cancelled when and then the time you can call in. I did try calling in "early" and was told I had to call back when the letter indicated.

dexddd Posted January 20 #5 Share Posted January 20 Look at the 10 page March black hole thread. We've been waiting since mid March. Last year.
