Agree. I have noticed one thing though. All the ships that are going to third line markets or getting scrapped are the slab sided ships from the '90's, or older, with few or no balconies. Those with balconies, Costa's Atlantica and Mediterranea transferred to the CSSC joint venture and the Golden and Star moved to P&OAU, are kept for second line service. Fred Olsen modernized their fleet with former HAL balcony ships. Balcony cabins sell for A LOT more.
