Trying to book Princess Casino Comp Offers

I had called a few days ago to ask a few questions, got right through.

This morning I was searching ship decks looking for Cabins.... so I was all READY

to book before I called.

Hour & a half wait, finally got thru. Yes its because Princ cruise offer ends March 2 to book.

Had planned to book the 3 cruises in my offer? 

But after booking the third one for 2022, and ready to pay..... she tells me the Freeplay

is only good on ONE offer.

So I ended up booking only 1 trip, and will wait and see what offer arrives

after Mar. 2.🤔

Speaking of, if you are a casino player you can check your account online to see

what you have available.  Good luck.

 Ok, I just did it, and made notes as I went. lol

 

Sign into your Princess account.

Go to My Account, click drop down menu.

Click on Future Cruise Credits.

Click on Onboard Credits,

View Details.

You will see a List, Description of Casino Freeplay... When you need to Book by and Sail by.

Should say Active if its still available.

 

I usually take a pic on my phone, or make a copy of the page for reference

before I call Casino rez to book.

 

Can also get there under My Profile, and Circle Savings Cruise Credits.

I called for 2 of them a couple of weeks ago. Got the flyer in regular mail & got email as well. Doing a 2 week one in April, & one 11 day over New years eve! Also figured that the next offer will have the one casino freeplay on it. You have to read the small print. This offer also includes a free specialty dinner, that they didnt have in past offers. They also increased the deposit from $100 last year to $200 now each person. Thats ok, so we'll have $400 on board credit to use instead.

I was very tempted to book on this offer, but I felt like they were going to cancel the cruises and then make it a hassle to get my money back.  The itineraries were so tempting! I think if they send out another one similar I will have to book.

They sent me an email saying that they extended it until the end of the month. I clicked on the links to check out the itineraries and there were not that many and they were mainly 7 day cruises. All the ones that looked appealing before were gone.

I don't know what catergory you are in, but don't go by

that current email link.

Figure out the itinerary you liked before....and Call.

You might be pleasantly surprised. 

I told a friend about this and she was able to book a 10

day AK cruise for 2022, vs the email she got only said 7 day.

Thanks! The offer said free interior cabin with 250 freeplay up to 20 day itineraries and I could book 3 of them. Then the link only had a few itineraries.  I usually get interior and sometimes balcony offers.

Today I called the number listed on my offer.  I was told that the casino is understaffed and not taking calls.  Told I should send them an email instead.  So I did.  waiting now to hear back from the casino department.

Thanks, I added it to the rotation.  I've already had 4 emails Returned from a different

princess customer service email.

Thinking we won't hear from Casino until tomorrow or later.

They will be "busy On the Phone" til this promotion ends. 😏

I on the other hand got an email back from someone in Australia Cust Serv who

booked the Wrong thing for me & I've spent the past couple days attempting to Correct it.

After 90 mins in Hold cue yesterday, the Cust Serv person who was obviously in

over his head, hung up.

 

So now I am putting my request in writing Again.

Trying to find a Higher up email addy than regular casinoinquiry@princesscruises.com

 

I have been searching online, and haven't found it yet, if anyone knows?   Thank you

Sorry you've had problems but just try calling the casino number at exactly 8am PT when they open.  I've done that several times and got right through with no hold.  The dedicated casino reps are very efficient and pleasant.  I have three casino cruises booked.

Followup, between emails & calling at 8am, finally got it corrected.

And worked out changing cabin positions on a few other cruises.

Some days I feel like a fulltime travel agent. 🤪   I am Not.

 

Awaiting our current Meditt cruise in Sept 2021, to be cancelled?

If not by Princess, then we will.  Just don't feel time is right for this year.

We have already booked another for Next year, Sept 2022.😊
