Question on MSC cabin door decoration policy

I have three bookings on MSC Divina for the fall of 2021. Does MSC allow cabin door decorations?

I know NO TAPE. I have small heavy duty magnets.

I am visually impaired. I get around using a white blind cane. Almost totally blind. Still see some shadows in one eye. Any advice?

NCL has a no decoration policy however, I have seen Happy Birthday or Cruise Critic Meet and Greet poster that have been allowed for 1 day.

depends on ship and Hotel Director ( forgot their new name for that position).

Although rare, I believe that door decorations are allowed on MSC.

The only major line that I can think of that has banned them is NCL.

The usual rules (no damage, nothing vulgar, remove before disembarkation, etc.) probably apply.

That's odd... I've seen many door decorations on NCL sailings. Maybe they were only up for a day and then removed? But I know I've seen them as I've stopped to read them.

NCL banned them in the summer of 2019...

...how vigorously NCL enforces the ban is unknown.

Yes you can put door decorations on your door.  Use strong magnets as the steward will occassionally hit the door as they move around.  We have used the CC door sign on our 8 MSC cruises and don't care what NCL does.  Signs, good wishes, birthday/anniversary signs put on our doors as we wish to do.
