One time I thought I got through, and entered the extension of the agent I booked with, but his voice mail says "today is November 13th" so I suspect he is no longer with the company.

Tn gal Posted May 17, 2021 #7 Posted May 17, 2021 I called on Friday and also filled in a booking request. Today is Monday and have heard from no one. Doesn’t seem like they want my business.

We called back, and we were placed on hold for one hour, before we hung up. Then, we unexpectedly received an immediate call back. Don't know what's up, but once we did get through, the customer service rep was very helpful.
Tn gal Posted May 18, 2021 #10 Posted May 18, 2021 Decided to try again. Phone system was out on Thursday and Friday. Computer systems are down for many. Cruise has been sold out for a month. I got the brochure last week.
