Dasani Water package 12 cans for $10 Is that a sale price?

Or is is always $10 .  Is it waiting in your stateroom when you arrive?  Assuming you can still do that of course.  Thanks

Royal just saved me more money on our future cruises. We used to get the Evian water because we're not fans of the taste of the desalinated ship water. From now on we'll just bring our refillable bottles and use the ship water.....Dasani tastes......weird to me.

I don't see Evian offered or did you buy that thru their Gifts and Gear?  Just checked there and didn't see any water although maybe you can't do it there since they are not sailing

In the past it was through the cruise planner but it seems as though they have replaced Evian with Dasani. We don't usually buy any bottled water but cruises were the exception......not anymore.

I hate the taste of the dasani canned water.    They were saying they were doing away with the use of plastic bottles guess it is official.      I guess they will do away with handing out the plastic bottled water in the casino and now hand out the canned water - yuk!    something else I have to carry on, great!

it is usually listed under the beverage packages on cruise planner.

There was another thread on this recently asking about where the evian water is and all that could be found was the dasani water, tastes metallic to me. Someone else said nickle taste to them, but metallic taste outmof cans. I bought some and had a hard time making myself drink it.

Yep, that's a sale price.  I did get it for $9 during Black Friday, but it's been much higher since then.  I believe no more 'bottled' water due to them cutting way back on plastic.

Well, I don't think I've been on a sailing where they'd yet switched from Evian to Dasani. But the price before any discounts started for the Cruise Planner Dasani purchase is from $15.00. Which would be the 12-pack. And that is probably at least a discount of 50% over what you'll likely be charged onboard, per can. 🙂

Another voice here on the distaste of the Dasani in cans.  And even worse...you can't screw the cap back on.  😣

The LA on one of my last cruises told me she didn't like it either, and it was more expensive for the crew members to buy than the bottled type.

OK - My question in this thread was if $10 was a good sale price for the water

As said no more Evian, was pulled from my Future Cruises orders and canceled month ago. Dasani, YUCK, even if in a plastic bottle the metal taste is always like someone put a dirty nickle in it...  Just did quick check, my Summer & Fall Cruises all have Dasani at $10 for a 12 pack cans

We always bring our own water bottles anyway, so we'd just pour from the can into the bottle. No big deal

Great idea...but to me...still tastes like can.  😉

Tastes like can is still better than lugging an entire case of water through check-in and around the ship before rooms are open.

It was nice when they'd let you check a case of water with your luggage.

I get the drink a package and have always been fine with the water provided with that.
