Sadly, the replacement cruises on Majestic don't offer the 2 bedroom family suite we had booked on Ruby...yet another one bites the dust. Not surprising, but still sucks!

Hmmm...not sure. I've had so many cancelled on different lines that I've lost track of who offers what at this point. I would be happy to transfer mine to a new sailing but my cabin type isn't available on Majestic and I'm not sure how they would deal with the switch - would we get 2 suites, or would all 4 people be put in one? I guess it might be worth a call...

It seems to be new.  Before they assigned you to a cruise, then it could be changed to the same cruise one week before or after the assigned cruise at your request.  The new way is much more consumer friendly.

This replacement cruise policy is much more flexible than Celebrity's! It gives me a wee bit of hope for my one remaining Princess cruise: a circumnavigation of Australia in April 2022, which is most certainly doomed for a North American.

I just got the same notice Ruby August 14 -- and one of the replacement cruises listed is one I already have booked - I wonder if they would let me reprice it as the one I have already booked is more expensive.  Honestly, I have five other cruises booked through 2022 -- I do not want another one on my list as I cant take that much vacation time.  Finally, the 10 percent bonus FCC is not worth it all since I had not made final payment -- so probably need to just get my money back instead of continuing to kick the can.

Well, our West Coast cruise was cancelled but knew that was coming so we cancelled that one a long time ago.  We still have our August Alaska cruise on the books --- this is getting crazy.
