Princess Login Issues

changed password, called princess, changed password again per instructions, called princess again, told they’re not quite sure what the problem is...give it a few days...whaaaaaat?

Having same issues,  reset password several times, then is asking for all my info-name etc once I do get logged in, then when I go to profile it goes to a page that has a bunch of misc characters and at the end it says null. What a cluster! Will just give it a few more days although hasn't worked for me since last week....

I can log in using old password.  The problem is that now it says it is my husband's account so the casino cash does not show.  I am going to try waiting it out.  We don't cruise on Princess til March 22

I can login, but when I login my husband's account it shows my account. I emailed Princess about the situation, here is their response:

Good day,

Thank you for your recent email.  Please be aware that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with My Princess on our website.  Our IT team is aware and is working on resolving the issue at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as we have no ETA on when it will be resolved and to check back later.

I must be.  I have no problem logging on since I changed my password (actually kept the old password) a couple days ago.  Logged on using my windows PC this morning checked my upcoming cruise and booked EZair.    Logged on using my wifes Mac just now without any problem and booked a 2023 cruise.  I sure hope I don't jinx it.

Since some have had luck resetting their passwords thought I would try.  No luck!  Received the email with the link "reset pasword' but no action of any kind when clicking on the link.

Just tried that and it told me I do not have permission to access that booking. Sheesh.

I have not been able to get past login and password for a week now.  Changed password twice..no help. Error message login or password incorrect yet they are not

Same here, rejecting my log in details, won't allow me to change password either.

 

Maybe the Princess office has closed up as no rent paid, lol.

No issues since Thursday in San Diego.  Can view all cruises booked, reserve née and make deposits.   Medallion is working perfect with same log in.

I performed a search on Cruise Critic and found a thread dated Dec 2016 about Carnival Corp. telling all IT employees that the company was transferring their work to Capgemini, a large IT outsourcing firm.  Most of the work will be performed in India.

This makes absolutely no sense:  Why are different regions of the US able to get in and others can't (me)?  I tried to log in.  Was directed to another page that says I should fill in missing account information.  I fill it in and redirected again.  I am NOT going to mess with any other links.  I guess, I will just sit and wait this out.  

 

I am disappointed that Princess is not giving out any information for this problem on their Facebook page.  They could at least put out a disclaimer.

Obviously there are servers in multiple locations.  What ever server I am logged onto has no issues.  iPhone 14.4.2 using Safari.

Same position here. Tried logging in several times over the last few days with the same problem. Tried resetting the password today, change was confirmed, but then same message when retrying login. The joys of IT!!!!!! Hoping that once it is fixed, they will let us know......although based on the lack of comms to date, I'm not holding my breath!!

I also have been trying to sign in for a few days now, reset password this morning and still no luck. Came to the Princess Boards and glad to see I am not the only one. Wanted to look at excursions for Alaska cruise tour for June 2022 and guess I have to wait a little longer.

Can any IT folks explain why some geographical areas report being able to log in and others ( myself included ) cannot? It has now been at least 6 days!

There are issues here in San Diego since last week. Person that posted he had none in San Diego was just lucky. Even though when I log in it says to change password, or some other warning (different each time), , I go to booked cruises and they are all there.I was able to go into cruise history, FCD, etc. I made copies of all the records in case Princess wipes out everything and we lose it.

How did you get into cruise history? Was that just luck do you think? I can access my booked cruises but it's the cruise history I really want to see. Thanks!

After I clicked on Booked guests (and my bookings came up). Then above it showed  different things you can click on to get to other things. One was Cruise History, FCD etc.click on My Account to bring those up.
