Princess Login Issues

I had the same thought but I clicked on saved and they were there, the heat just isn't red or numbered to indicate them.

they were back today when I logged in earlier - no harm, no foul ...

Not back in Colorado yet. I’ve tried 3 browsers, clearing cache with no change.

However today on all these browsers, I don’t even get an error….or logged in.

When the login is submitted, it just returns another blank login..

Maybe this is prgress?

They should put an outage notice on the login page.

Same here.  No message,  just another blank login.  Not sure I’d call it progress, though! 😄

A mock booking takes this into account as long as you are logged in.

No current issues

Microsoft Edge

 

when asked to reset password , seems like 10 days ago , I just "reset' to same password

 

have NOT downloaded new App yet

Not sure your location,  or your hardware/software matters much. I am able to access my account with Princess but DW is not, same house and same computer.

Still not working for me in NZ.   I have communicated with Princess in Sydney on a regular, weekly, basis.   "We are working on it".   "Thank you for your patience."

almost two weeks that I have not been able to log in.   When I have had issues in the past, I have been able to get in using my name, birthday and cruise confirmation number.   But can't get that option.   Not happy!!!!

Called the "800" number twice, put on hold and disconnected. Better wait awhile longer!

I was not able, husband was able, now neither are able. Will this ever end?

There is definitely an issue today, for me at least. I could not login on Chrome or Firefox (the standard "id or password is incorrect" message) so I changed my password on Chrome. Still could not login but when I used Firefox with the old password I could login. Now I cannot login using either browser (Edge as well) with the old or new passwords. Very frustrating.

Same here. Sign in attempt results in another blank sign in screen.

Same here, on iPhone, iPad and Safari-running laptop.

 

I’m finding this only slightly less annoying than getting the “invalid password” message.

Well, this morning I'm back to the situation I mention in post #218 - cannot login using any browser using either my old password or the one I changed to yesterday. Cache, cookies and history cleared and it made no difference. 😠

A few days ago I put a hold on a booking.  As with most of you, I cannot get logged in - no way, no how!  Usually I get an email telling me I need to complete my booking or lose it but not with Princess.
