Royal Test Cruises From Miami Starting Soon

Does each and every ship they plan to sail have to do test cruises, or just one or several per line?  What are the logistics of that?

Just those ships that choose not to opt for the CDC 95%/95% vaccinated option, which in the case of Royal probably means every ship as they are more family cruise oriented.

The logistics of this are that this will take quite some time.  They need to go on and cancel July sailings.   Pronto. Instead of holding our money hostage !!!
