Celebrity has broken silence and has an TA update releasing at 4:15 today titled .....It's finally the news you have been patiently waiting to hear. 

Hopefully we will be getting some good news and clarification.

Seeing articles that CDC v FL will back in federal court in Tampa on Thursday 6/10...so feels like Celebrity can't announce anything too concrete until we hear if there are any rulings on CDC authority to require cruise lines to have proof of vaccination. Because even for the ships with more than 5% unvaccinated passengers, the cruise lines would still have to know "who's who" (you just will be considered unvaccinated if you choose not to provide your proof of vaccination)

For one, Frank Del Rio (NCL) put out a comment today thanking Governor DeSantis for all he's doing to get cruising back from Florida.  Wouldn't make that comment if there wasn't some movement.

He might make the comment to try prodding DeSantis into some movement.

I agree that he has been one of the more vocal from the start to say 100% vaccinated, so I doubt that he would send thanks to DeSantis publicly if it wasn't a good sign for vaccines.

The suing CDC is separate from the DeSantis debacle with vaccine passports in FL.
