Remember that not everyone has the always included package.

Casino comped cruisers don’t have it, last minute bookers don’t have it, people who booked months ago before AI existed don’t have it, just to name a few.

celebrity doesn’t want you emptying your minibar and giving the contents to someone who doesn’t have a package.

that’s just one reason.

Good explanation and probably added to control of minors drinking is the reason. Also, probably the reason why you can’t get drinks on the package from room service.

We were on the Equinox in January and upgraded to premium drinks. We could have anything in the fridge plus 2 bottles of wine in our cabin. I asked our room steward if he could replace the vodka in our fridge with bourbon. Later that day we returned to our room and found a liter bottle of Jack in our room. I took it home with me since we only had 3 days left and that would have been a little too much Jack in too short of a time. BTW, there were only about 600 passengers on our cruse.

Consider yourself lucky!  Unless you are in a Royal Suite or above bottle of liquor or liquor in thr mini bar are  covered by the Premium package and are not an amenity of a suite.

Correction- should have said bottles of liquor or items in the mini bar are NOT covered by the Premium beverage package

So I'm a cruising veteran and a first time Celebrity cruiser. I don't see this Drinks and More package listed anywhere on the website. Am I missing something? I have the premium package but would be definitely upgrade to this option to have an open and restocked minibar.

That wasn't just the 'Premium' upgrade then, sounds more like the 'Drinks & More' package...

Check prices.  Seems low.  It is not offered to the US market.  This week, for me the price to upgrade from classic to premium jumped almost $5 pp per day.
On other lines, the bottled water and soft drinks in the cabin are included. Celebrity doesn’t. Seems crazy if you have a drink package.

At Sandals all inclusive, the  Conciege asked dh what he likes to drink..Fridge was kept fully stocked..no extra charge. Water was also included.  Seems like X wants to sound all inclusive but really is not.

Do not keep meds in fridge..temp control is iffy,.Cool not cold..usually!

Crystal Cruises operated similarly to your Sandals description. Even in our cheap cabins on Symphony, we were fully stocked at no additional charge. But, then again, where is the Symphony now? Under "arrest" in the Bahamas. Stay solvent, Celebrity Beyond! I'm coming to see you in September.

Your comment about the fridge temp has me a little worried. I need to keep a couple of syringes of Trulicity cool during our trip. The manufacturer says that even 14 days at room temp will do no harm, but should I worry? Thanks.

You can submit a Special Needs Form and request an actual small medical refrigerator if it is needed.

This is the first time that my spouse had to get a doctors note to bring syringes onboard.  We were told by our TA that Celebrity needed a doctors note stating why. Previously, he just requested a sharps container and it was in our cabin.  Celebrity is also good at providing sharps containers in the public restrooms.  Need any special things, fill out the form way ahead of sailing.  Had we not, we never would’ve known about the new required doctor note.  The cabin refrigerator is usually ok for storing drugs.
