Virgin App still not working?!

Wow the app is not working for me, what a surprise. No that’s not a surprise because they have the biggest piece of garbage out there

It seems to be a "thing" that when you're close to sailing, all the sudden it goes out. I'm on board right now, and there have been times when it went out while on board. Reservations, disappeared. In the end, the cruise itself makes up for all )or most) of the frustration caused by the piece of crap app.

@sid_9169that  is what I'm counting on- we're frustrated for months and years prior to the cruise and then we have a glorious cruise

The APP finally let me book dining 15 days to departure. Note it is 12 Midnight Eastern. Even a few minutes after they were available to book, most times were already sold out. What a debacle. If there is a full ship you won't be able to eat anywhere that requires a reservation....

Just got off Scarlet Lady yesterday and the app worked great all week and the free wifi was more that adequate for texts, facetime, facebook and email
