I hadn’t finished unpacking when I thought to take the picture.  There’s no sense saying pack less.  It’s a vacation and time to wear what I want.  My dresses are long and so are my tops.  The closet was not “modern luxury”

What kind of cabin were you in?

You are absolutely right that the bar, fixed in place as it is, really limits the functionality of the space.

But you were a single on a 7 days cruise, right?

Porthole verandah, from photos posted

Thanks, we’ve stayed in 2 S1s and 2 IVs on Edge and there was plenty of storage space.

Not exactly.  That was a middle segment of B2B2B — about a month in total.  Some things went out to be laundered right away.

Oh sorry, after your first Edge cruise I thought you would never sail on it again, my bad.

You misunderstand…edge was the middle of three cruises B2B2B.  Had a chance for immediate comparison of S and E class ships.

Thanks for the clarification.

We took two 23 kg hold luggage bags for our Edge inaugural cruise. No problem storing clothes away including my Tux and the wife’s chic night dresses.

I’m  puzzled if many people say they just have carry on luggage to avoid hold luggage costs that storage seems to be an issue!

I have some very light weight pants hangers ( velvet like coating, weight hardly anything). Each hold four pairs of pants.  I bring one for myself and husband.  I think I bought them at Bed Bath & Beyond.  Works great for the closet.
