Pools warm enough in May in Med on Allure?

Recommended Posts

Hi all.  Just wondering, will the pools / slides be reasonably warm enough to enjoy in mid-May on Allure of the Seas sailing from the Mediterranean?  I'd love to enjoy the water elements on the ship, but if it's not feasible, then there are a TON of other things to do, no problem.  Just wondering if I should plan water activities as one of the must-do's on the ship during my day at sea.  Thanks!

Everyone has a different feel for "warm enough" 😉 Nevertheless if you are looking for a 28C + Sea day experience then you will not find it then. Depends a bit on the actual weather, wind etc but Mid may you are likely to catch a sea day at 18-20C max rather than a nice warm summer day.

That is totally fair! Thanks! Yeah, that might be chilly.  I might just wait until the last second until I go back to my room to take a hot shower if I do it at all.  I'd only really be doing it to say I did it.  A med cruise is not about the pools so much.  Thanks again!!

We were in the Med in May, 2015 and it was quite warm.  The pools did get plenty of use on the sea days.  What with climate change and Europe getting warmer I don't think there will be an issue.
