We just booked Enchanted Princess TA for October 2022 in cabin E117, deluxe balcony cat. DF with huge balcony.  Has anyone stayed in this cabin on any other Royal class ship?  Would you have a photo?  Any information would be much appreciated.  TIA.

There is a video on YouTube called "Sky Princess tours of ALL cabin types!".  This goes through the whole range in detail right own to plugs and lamps.  In my experience Deluxe Balcony tends to be a standard balcony cabin type but either positioned in a key desirable area or with a much larger balcony.  Sometimes an element of both.  In the case of the cabin you mention I think the only difference is the very useful gigantic balcony.

Thank you for your prompt reply, John!  We’ve sailed many times in a deluxe balcony, but not in this location.  We chose it because of the balcony size, but you get a better idea with a photo.  I prefer a mini suite,  but the price for this cabin was very reasonable.  I’ll keep looking around the internet.

From the photo and deck plans appears that you will have a very large balcony 9ft wide x approx. 11 ft. deep with about 4 ft. of cover from deck 9 above. The railing will be glass. The interior will be the standard deluxe balcony design with a 2 seat sofa, 6 ft. open closet, bath with shower, no tub. There are are some videos of deluxe balcony cabins on line. Interiors are all the same. Below is an external view of a Royal Class ship. You can count off your cabin from the bow and see the cover. The 4 ft cover is the same as other cabins without the extended balcony.

Thank you for that!   Now that I know the size of the balcony I get a picture in my head.  Familiar with the interior of the cabin, been there a few times, but never with this size balcony.  However, I’m not thrilled with forward location,  but I’ll adjust.

Sky and Enchanted have shared deck plans.  I found this photo of Sky when I did an internet search.  I think you can locate the same cabin as yours, but on the other side on this photo.

Yes, thank you, I do see it!

Thank you, Skynight, I forgot to mention that at least the railing is glass.

Yes on the photo there are three glass fronted balconies in a row, with OP's balcony being the most towards aft.  Forward of those are five balconies with non-glass fronts i.e. metal fronts.  This is easy to identify on the photo.
