Yes, if it is part of the cruise deal, it is for all. Just make sure you select ‘3’ for numbers of people (I know, that’s obvious isn’t it!) and the SRs with sleeper couches or overhead pop outs will become available. Or your TA will take care of it. 


We’ve done it for our upcoming cruise and all 3 get the deals and the price drops for each of the 3 of us below the cost for each 2. We invited our adult daughter and gave her the ‘savings’ for the reduction for all 3. She said she’d buy me drinks for doing that……how nice, Ha!
