Summit sailings end Aug, beginning Sept not showing??

Hi Fellow Cruisers,

 

Just received an email from Celebrity. The Summit sailings for Aug 28, Sep2, Sep6 , Sep11 have been cancelled. Apparently per the CDC , any ship returning to the US after having traveled in International waters, may not sail with guests for at least 14 days. We will automatically receive a full refund-nothing more. If we wish to rebook another sailing they or our TA should be contacted.

 

This has been my suspicion & the reason I started this thread in the first place. Well I guess this was not meant to be & a longer cruise awaits us in the very very near future. We were so looking forward to it, as I am sure all of you were.
