Y’all I can’t gorge myself anymore without seriously regretting it. And I don’t like dinner being my big meal of the day.

Had my coffee this morning on the starboard aft deck 8 area just outside the pizza place in calm sunny seas. Then I walked around Summer Landing to snap those coveted loungers before they’re taken over and look at these angry crying  skies in the bottom pic as I came around to port! Fred, is that you? BTW yes those are genuine plastic Walmart youth size sandals and I hope you like them.

Hmm what is this about? Espresso basically? About two strong teaspoons of brownness. Added cream. Not sure????

Smokehouse breakfast buffet. We’ve spent a lot of time at Deck 8 aft. On any other ship it would be slammed. Here it’s just one option among many for meals, pool, loungers, bars, Swirls and camaraderie.

Cap’n did a good job running full bore all night to get us up close to Florida ahead of the storm’s arrival. I’m sure we’ll be close to Port Canaveral well in advance of planned arrival tomorrow morning.

Hubbs and I are not fans of buffets, too many people reaching/touching stuff.  It's not the food at all.  This may be a go to spot.  It seems as if deck 8 has everything I want...

All Kmom roads seem to lead here and we certainly didn’t plan it that way. I’ve barely been to Serenity on the other end of the ship, though it’s huge and gorgeous. We just never get up there though I’m going to try today for lunch at Fresh Creations.

You should definitely play Walk the Plank if you get the chance and don’t mind acting like a fool. Good clean silly fun in between trivia matches. We had Andy from the comedy club doing this as his day job. Lots of fun.

Where is fresh creations?  I'm looking at deck plans and can't find it.

In the Serenity deck area. One side I think is the bar and the other is this little salad place. I think you order and they assemble based on a small menu but I’ll check it out. It’s a bit mysterious, not prominently promoted compared to others.

Fresh Creations is nuts! It’s like a tornado vortex up there and they are not using the menu, just desperately trying to help you get some leaves and your choice of protein and other components into a bowl without it all blowing all over the child free crowds. 
 

We managed to get something in a dish and then ran away with it back to the Limelight for Simpsons trivia. Is it rude to eat lunch at trivia? Don’t really care. I’ll never see these people again and at least they didn’t have to look at me in a bikini.

KMom, you're correct about where it is.  It is similar to how the old Mongolian Wok used to be, but with salad ingredients.   You pick iceberg or spring mix, then choose from about 20 toppings and dressings and the attendant assembles it for you.

First stop every day will be at Street Eats to peruse the choices.  Between here, Big Chicken, stir frys at Chibang and Cucina,  Guys, and Iguana....impossible to go hungry.
