For our Miami to Miami November 15 cruise, it appears that I can make up to 15 reservations. We are in a concierge cabin for this 24 night cruise. I thought that we would only be allowed 3. On my account it says 3 of 15 Dining Reservations Completed. I added 3 more and it says 6 of 15 Dining Reservations Completed. I may add some more tomorrow.

Are we special? 😀  Or is the ship that empty?

Trip has been split into (at least) three segments which explains nine of the reservation options.  Probably three more as the entire 24 days is considered a separate booking.  No idea on the last three.  Yes the ship is extremely empty.  Usually they would close certain restaurants on various days but if they are selling eight day segments that is hard to do.

Past experience on the Explorer (Baltic, June 2017): Pacific Rim is just OK, whereas Prime 7 and Chartreuse are much better. The Compass Rose (main restaurant) was always very good.

That said, I was able to book two reservations per special restaurant. After that it stopped accepting my requests. I wouldn't want to eat at the specialty restaurants 15 times, because the variety at the Compass Rose is greater. The menu doesn't change at the specialty restaurants much throughout the cruise (IIRC). You can see the sample menus for those restaurants here:

Something we were able to do on our previous Explorer cruise was have lunch at Chartreuse. That was a treat! I hope they offer it on this cruise.
