General info questions

I am trying to decide between several different Med cruises this September with new to me cruise lines. Never been on Celebrity, but the prices for the cruise from Athens on the Apex look good. I was wondering where I could find the regular menus (did see the specialties of the MDRs) and maybe cruise planners from prior voyages (just trying to get a general idea of offered activities etc. so different route/ship should be okay). Thanks!
