I will start the list and others will chime in.  What quickly comes to mind includes the Alaska State Museum, the Sealaska Heritage Institute, the state capital building and the Mt. Roberts Tramway (which carries folks up to the top of Mt. Roberts).

In addition to the above, the Red Dog Saloon attracts many.  Numerous excellent small cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the ships.  The Juneau webcam is installed on the building that houses both Alaska Fish & Chips Co. and Hanger on the Wharf Restaurant.

Juneau Public Library is on top of the parking garage at the port.  In the past I've used their WiFi to download my library ebooks.  I also leave a small cash donation when I leave just to thank them.  No need to do so but Library Friends groups usually sponsor library programs so a few extra $ is always appreciated.
