Two possibilities so far: • train package with VisitMeteora [cheaper and more time in Meteora] https://www.visitmeteora.travel/package/two-days-rail-tour-to-meteora-from-athens/ • van package [includes Delphi but less time in Meteora] with CATTaxi https://cattaxi.rezdy.com/374775/delphi-meteora-from-athens-2days-1night Have seen reviews of CATTaxi. Why don't you ask CatTours (or George's Taxi, or others) how much it would be to add one extra night in Meteora. Then you can see all the monasteries and maybe take that sunset tour. bennybear Posted October 15, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 15, 2021 We did exactly this with Michael’s taxi and had a very good experience and overnight in Meteora. Currently thinking of doing the Delphi & Meteora 2 day/1 night tour with pick-up at ship in Piraeus and drop-off at hotel in Athens. What hotel did you folks use for Meteora? [CatTaxi mentions Amalia Hotel Kalambaka] We used Iridanos hotel, it was arranged by our tour company, Michael’s Greek Tours. It was lovely and included a nice breakfast.
