Wow that’s really disappointing. I requested a table, let everyone in the elevator get in line ahead of me, and when I got to the front of the line a group of 6 walked up outside of the line. They were even on the wrong floor but the hostess called someone to seat them ahead of me. Only a couple minutes for me but they cut in front of everyone behind me.
