Might depend on itinerary- I did TA from Fort Lauderdale to Barcelona first week of March 2020 - lovely weather each day except for the very last day along the coast of Spain.

If Balcony make sure to get starboard side when sailing East .

It certainly would — QM2 from New York to Southampton would be pretty chilly, while something from a Florida port to the Med is likely to enjoy much better temps - especially if a stop at Canaries or comparable port was involved.
