Just donned on me it’s Thursday.   I hope everyone is good and healthy.  Has anyone finished Christmas shopping?  I’m done -  my son and GD in Houston and I do a lot of gag gifts— lots of laughs.

Almost done shopping. Just a few little things left that are easy to pick up. I find if I buy it all too early, I get in a shopping mood and buy more, so I save a few things for when that hits! 

Been doing very well this week with exercise and eating and can see a difference now. Cruise is in 1 week so I'm super excited!! I have been eating very pure for the past month (very little sugar, fat or bread). I ate a cookie and felt very sick afterwards. Anyone else ever have that happen? Wondering if I should add a little sugar and fat back in this week so I can enjoy eating whatever I want onboard without feeling sick.

I'll be back Monday. Best laid plans and I'm still gaining onboard. Right now just trying to keep it on the smaller side. But unfortunately I feel entitled to 2 desserts (at least 1 is sorbet)

Wow, a lot of people cruising or waiting to, great!!

I'm up 0.6 lbs so haven't gotten back to my pre cruise weight yet!!

 

I don't have any presents to buy, just give money. Doesn't really feel like Christmas here, no snow & I've hardly received as many cards as other years. I'll have to put up the tree soon in case my DD & her BF can come up on Boxing Day. I do have a turkey.

We are back from our cruise - we had a great time - unfortunately there was an outbreak on the ship and we will get tested the beginning of the week.  I'm sure that it will be ok, but want to be safe before we are around the kids and grandkids.

 

I am going to give my body time to get rid of all the salt - I'm sure I gained weight - I enjoyed food and drink.  Jan

I just disembarked today. My waist goes from obscenely bad to just bad. Chalking it up to salt, wine, and ice cream (of course ice cream for me ... they offer it at every lunch & dinner)

 

I will measure tomorrow but won't report until Thursday

Great to hear from everyone cruising.
 

Belle glad to hear from you.   Yes the TN bunch arrived.  My TX son and his new girlfriend picked them up from the airport.  Had a nice visit  with my son and GS.  TN bunch never acknowledged my wt loss.   I have to smile because Jazzper (dog)  never went to my DIL or GS.   The girlfriend  is very sweet has manners we hit it off immediately-  I’ll see her  on Christmas.

 

I’m still struggling with bingeing in the evening.

Yes I'm still on my cruises. Enjoying warm weather at this time, cold at home.

Winning some at casino then they take it back. Is that nice?😀

 

Izena the TN bunch arrived, how much notice? Are they blind, you loss weight,

looking good and they didn't say anything. Jealous or what?
