I don't know what's all on the menu, but can say they have the following on the eastern route (1/29)

 

Night 1 - Spinach Salad, Lemon Tai Soup, Cod Crusted with herbs.

 

Night 2 - (1st formal) Roast Carved Beef, Caesar Salad, Escargot, Shrimp Cocktail. This is the night of Cherries Jubilee. Not my fav. but my daughter ordered it.

 

Night 3 - Windjammer night

 

Night 4 - Spring roll, seafood chowder, Veal Parmigana.

 

Night 5 - I ordered Cod from the Alternative Menu. (I think it was lamb night). Maryland Crab Cakes, Clam Chowder.

 

Night 6 - (2nd formal) - Lobster and shrimp

 

Night 7 - Ordered steak from the alternative menu (can't remember what the main dish was on the menu).

 

Not complete but maybe this gives you an idea.
