We began our 13th Viking cruise yesterday to the South Pacific for 30+ days! We are in a Viking Explorer suite splurging due to location and length of stay! This is a first+++++ class cruise line from their suites to dining to lecturers. We have heated floors. A tv in a bathroom mirror by the tub, a full walk in shower and closet and a daily stocked mini bar with snacks. All of their food is made on board with mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, wine and beer included, exquisite ship made desserts and main dishes offered that mirror our location and destination. The Covid protocols are bar none with 2 mobile robots that sanitize the restaurant and other common areas while we sleep! We have pcr tests daily, provided hand sanitizer and masks in the staterooms and all around the ship. The ship has a planetarium with 3D capability and large windows decks and seating areas for viewing the magnificent sea. There’s a full wet area with pool, sauna, snow room, steam room. The locations offered are the best in the cruising industry. We took our first Viking river  cruise for a December anniversary many years ago and we were on the maiden voyage of Viking’s first Ocean sailing. They are great communicators and offer unbelievable promotions. Our adult children are pining to join us for our 50th anniversary cruise with them…how to decide which itinerary…we have a couple of years to choose but it will definitely be with Viking!

Thank you for the wonderful pictures of an Explore suite.

Enjoy  every minute of  your fabulous cruise.

I love that they have these robots that  spray the common areas in middle of night!

I saw a glimpse of one  when I was on the Orion in July in Bermuda.

Felt most safe on a Viking ship in the last year when it comes to the pandemic.
