Majestic Princess deck 18

We have a AC balcony on the Majestic Princess in Alaska in May. Looking at the deck plans I cannot see any accessible access to Movies under the Stars and the sanctuary because there seems to be no elevator to this level. Is this a fact or am I reading the deck plans wrong?

The deck in front of the screen is open to the decks below. You can sit by the pool and watch the screen. You don’t have to be on deck 18! to participate (in fact, you can’t see very well if you are on deck 18).

Thanks. Good to know.  It sort of indicates that Movies under the Stars is only on deck 18 and I did find that odd. Much appreciated.
