For me personally NO:

 

We sailed Anthem for NYE. Arrived to port 2 hours late due to an Azipod issue. Once we arrived we did not commence dismemberment until 45 minutes later.

 

Yes:

If you are confident you can do self dismemberment and have your transportation ready to go.

With the caveat of pre-pandemic as being our last experience, my answer is yes.  We used Uber from FLL to the Port of Miami and while in the car set up the return plans (although Uber is plentiful there so a reservation would not necessarily be needed).  We did normal disembarkation, retrieved our luggage, and made an 11:30 flight with 45 minutes to spare at the gate after check in. 

 

Actually did that on more than one occasion (in reverse Port Everglades to MIA as well).  But that is just our prior experience.  And, yes, of course all has to go as planned to assure that, but that flight time would not be of concern to us.  Again, as it might matter, that was all pre-pandemic.

If you're going to do self dismemberment, you might want an ambulance standing by instead of airport transportation.....
