I have noticed there is separate pricing for some cruises specifically dedicated to past passengers. Generally these fares are quite a bit higher than the basic fare and only slightly less in price than the Princess Plus price. The exact wording for this category of booking is:

The listing asks you to call the toll free number for further information.

I was wondering if anyone has checked into this to see what is typically included.

Is this on Princess website or a travel agents site? Have never seen this on Princess website or maybe not looking in the right spot.

It's actually on the Choice Privileges-Cruises website, but I thought it probably applied to the cruises booked directly from Princess. I could be mistaken however.
