Which to choose to visit Santos or Sao Paul0o?

We will be on Norwegian Star and stopping at Santos port. We will be there from 7am to 2pm. Which is recommended to see Santos or Sao Paulo? Is there any recommendations for a tour in either Santos or excursion to Sao Paulo from Santos Cruise Port?

Sao Paulo is of course much  bigger and much more important, yet also quite far away.

 

In Santos we took just a taxi to the centre. There eg. a "train" sight seeing tour is offered. There is also an interesting coffee museum.

For the short time you have Sao Paolo is too far. Santos is nice. A wonderful beach, very long. A nice old city with the interesting Coffee Museum and if you are interested in Soccer the Pele Museum.
