Michael Bayley is the current President and CEO of Royal Caribbean International (RCI). https://www.royalcaribbean.com/about-us/michael-bayley And it's the "Executive Office of Royal Caribbean International" (i.e., complaints escalation). Jason Liberty ( https://www.royalcaribbean.com/about-us/jason-liberty ) replaced Richard Fain as President and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, RCG (the parent of Royal Caribbean International) Edited June 9, 2022 by Another_Critic

It’s the wrong contact regardless of title. An email to Michael Bayley, which is obviously not read by him but his team, can get action. BTW, comparing a cruise line to the Fed is weird.

Called customer service, escalated to resolutions ... sorry, can't help. Even offered to go above what I requested saving me even more work. Agree with other poster wouldn't have contacted for minor issue such as late FCC
poocher Posted June 9, 2022 #11 Share Posted June 9, 2022 (edited) My issue is with an insurance issued FCC for the wrong amount. I’m hoping they are looking at it and will contact me when they have. It’s been almost a week now with no reply. Edited June 9, 2022 by poocher
AF-1 Posted June 9, 2022 #12 Share Posted June 9, 2022 hang in there poocher; maybe corporate has to contact the insurance company; look at the actual contract amount and are trying to get you a proper answer that will satisfy you.
