They are equally fast when they canceled our South American cruises during covid. Was not happy that our Oct 2 Greek Isles was cancelled last week and they wouldn’t allow us to just transfer the funds to another ship. We also waited about 5 months for a refund from our COVID cancelled Europe cruise and it was a battle so didn’t have much faith. I’m happy to say that one week after NCL cancelled the cruise all of our cabins have every dime back including excursions etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
