Do you tip taxi driver in Stockholm?

Sorry if this topic has been discussed but I couldn’t find an answer. Do you tip the driver in Stockholm? Also, what about tipping taxi drivers in Riga or Helsinki?

I do not tip taxi drivers in Europe. I do pay the price at the meter or an agreed price by credit card.

You must know in advance how much the trip costs and make sure that before the trip starts that the price holds.  Some taxi companies in Stockholm are significantly more expensive than others.

Personally I’m only using Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir, or Yellow cabs in Stockholm
