Bermuda Website Error for Getaway

I am doing a B2B on Getaway 09/03 and 09/12.  Here's what is showing on Bermuda's site after I chose Getaway for the ship.

There is no embarkation on 09/09.  😯

 

Should I call NCL and have them address it?  Call Bermuda?  Anybody else run into any weirdness on their site?  I will cross post this on the respective roll calls to see if anyone else has had this issue.

I'd call Bermuda. I had some issues with the authorization back in June and when I called the person that answered was friendly and helpful and the problem was fixed in minutes.

Yes, I saw that and was confused as well. I’m on the Getaway 9/12-9/22 so I was able to apply for the Travel Authorization approval. How did it get worked out?

I'm also sailing on the Getaway, Sept 3rd out of NY and noticed the date was missing on the BTA site. I called Bermuda. The rep that I spoke with said to chose the date "closest" to your embarkation date; then CALL them back with your "app pending review number" to have the correct embarkation date applied to your application. Seemed like a lot of extra work for them, but 🤷‍♀️

The Sept 3 Getaway sailing arrives in Bermuda on Sept 9th even though the embarkation is the 3rd it isnt until day 6 that they arrive. There is a discrepancy between NCL and Bermuda travel website. NCL makes no mention of testing if it takes longer that 5 days to reach Bermuda after September 3rd while the Bermuda site does. You may have to test on the ship.

OK - so I guess they are working on it - I was kind of hoping to do both my cruises at once.  Now the 09/12 cruise is missing  - Aiyiyi!
