happytotravel Posted August 17, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2022 Hi, I started to fill out Arrivecan for my Norwegian Joy's September 06 cruise so as not to have any surprises when it is really time to complete it. Where it asks what is the first port entry in Canada only Charlottetown Yacht Club came up for Charlottetown PEI. I phoned "Arrivecan" customer service and was told that was okay to use that when filling out the form. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has that similar question. Can't wait for that cruise to come up! happytotravel
Rare shof515 Posted August 17, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2022 Double check your itinerary with what is your myNCL page and NCL website. a few years ago NCL flipped some ports around where it goes to the New England ports (Boston, Portland) first and then the Canada ports last. your first Canada port of entry might be Saint John New Brunswick i am doing a similar cruise in October and our first Canada port is Saint John
happytotravel Posted August 18, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted August 18, 2022 Hi shof515, Just printed out my Edocs today and the first port is Charlottetown, then Sydney, Halifax, St. John, New Brunswick, then Portland and Boston. Take care, happytotravel

Take care, happytotravel yes glad you got it resolved. I am going to Canada on both coasts, but for NE I am glad I only have to fill out for the first port. I for some reason thought it had to be for each port in Canada. someone nicely hinted the word ARRIVE means just that. Where one arrives first in the country not each stop. Have a nice trip
UKstages Posted August 18, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 18, 2022 i'm on this itinerary in a few weeks, too. so this info is helpful, thanks. because of canada entry requirements and timing, i don't think they are doing portland and boston first anymore. i think they go directly to canada now. YMMV.
