Several options are given: - go on the cruise - change to another cruise (no charges for the change, but at current prices of the other cruise, so if that's more expensive additional charges apply) - a future cruise certificate, new booking needs to be made by 31-12-2022 - full refund (this part is a bit unclear, it seems that you first need to ask for the future cruise certificate and then ask a
