Northern wanderlust Posted October 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2022 We will be on a Mediterranean cruise over Halloween. What sort of Halloween activities should we expect? Is trick or treating a thing on NCL ships? If I bring some candy to pass out to trick or treaters would that be OK or will I end up eating it all myself? Rare www3traveler Posted October 13, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2022 I would doubt that there will be any trick or treating (way too many food issues and probably very few children). There will however be a costume party.

Rare mking8288 Posted October 13, 2022 #4 Share Posted October 13, 2022 You can expect some of the public area entrances, i.e. MDR and Garden Cafe, etc. to be decorated ... they are also quick to restore things by the following morning. These're done on the Escape ... pre-Covid.
hallux Posted October 13, 2022 #5 Share Posted October 13, 2022 Is Halloween as big in Europe as it is in the US? I would think the activities would be comparable to how the day is celebrated in the region. That said, here are two recent threads (found by simply entering 'Halloween' in the search box, BTW, and yes they were titled exactly the same) on the topic -
