Ability to post messages is blocked

What can you do if someone's ability to post messages is blocked for some reason?

Please be sure you are logged into the site (the upper right corner will say "Log Out" if you are logged in), as you have to be logged in to post on the forums.  If you are asking about private messaging another member, that function is not enabled on Cruise Critic.  If you continue to have trouble with this, please write help@cruisecritic.com for individual assistance.
