On Pier Transportation in Ports of Call

Can anyone tell me if the pier's at these ports of call offer any type of transport off the pier? I am thinking like they offer in Cozumel, the bike taxi's. Ports are St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Guadeloupe, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico. I have difficulty walking longer distances but would really love to be able to do some excursions! Thanks in advance.

Most cruise lines offer assistance, typically to the street nearest the ship, or to where the buses are staged. St Maarten offers transportation off the pier.I don't recall transport at St Thomas or San Juan or St Kitts.
