Can someone tell me something about this port? What is there to do that is not a cruise ship excursion? I have contacted a couple companies and was told they are not allowed to book with cruise passengers independently. Is there anything worth taking a cab to? What in the world do people do here?    Thanks in advance!

Apparently there's a pool complex inside the cruise port area, for cruise ship guests only. Other than checking that out, we plan on making it a sea day at port.

Take a cab to the beach for $20. Or get a day pass at the Hilton

Has anyone used the pool complex inside the cruise port area?    Is there an admission charge? 

Activities for kids?  Is it open to passengers of RCCL?  Thanks

Do you like to do excursions with activities? We have been here twice. Once we did the excursion to Saona Island and it also went to the starfish sandbar. (click to take you to my reviews and pictures).

 

The last time we went we did a buggy tour and had the most AMAZING time ever! If we ever go back, I am definitely doing it again.
