Cruise w 3 kids, child in grandparent's room

When cruising with 3 kids on a cruise line that has a max of 4 per cabin, what issues might we run into allowing one child to be booked and stay in a connecting cabin to ours with their Nana?

I don't think there will be any problems. The child is not unaccompanied, and the parents are on the same cruise.

When our family of three travels alone we travel in one room, but when grandma comes, the kid sleeps with her. So, I can tell you with confidence, the cruise line will have no issues with it.  Once you get on board the customer service desk can give you a "door only" key for the other door, if you'd like one.
