Article I just read says ready for December 2023 for the new Carnival ship sailing from there.  I doubt it will be completed by October.

Looks like it is mostly used by Carnival. It also appears that the construction isn't stopping any cruises.

Most of the construction is out of sight of the customers. One can see the second gangway. Looking forward to see if the boarding and deboarding improves to Royal Caribbean speed when done. Have a soft spot for the old terminal, its where I took my first cruise from.

 

Hope something is done for the vehicle traffic area out front. Using the word chaotic to describe it is being nice.
